Coaches Corner/Weekly Update
Welcome Inferno!
What a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon....the Inferno really showed a lot of heart by coming back on the Rush (Inferno parents) in the closing minutes with three unanswered goals to beat us 5-4....
As mentioned, this blog will include our Practice, Game, Tournament, and Snack schedules.....we will also put links in for directions to our out of town games. I have filled in the practice schedule through January 4th, take a look below. Our contact information is below, as well as the Rainout line. Please bookmark this site as this will be our primary form of communication.
We are really looking forward to a great season and know the commitment is not just players and coaches, but parents as well.

Thank you to the six Inferno players that battled the elements and practiced last night....the lights at Community (although delayed) worked great.
We are looking to schedule an additional (optional) practice this Saturday at 2pm at Walnut...please let us know if your Inferno will be able to attend.
As always, if you have any questions, concern or inability to make a practice, please call one of us.

Thanks for a great practice on Sunday....it was nice to have ten of the Inferno working together...although we did receive a bit of bad news.
Maggie McManis had a fall at practice during one of our drills and left early.....we received word last night that she had fractured her forearm and the bone would need to be re-set....she will be in a cast for the next 6 weeks.
Please keep her in your thoughts as she gets through these procedures.
Look forward to seeing you today at practice.

-We have two games this weekend in Mount Diablo, 9am (Thornwood Dr) and 130pm (Highlands Park).
-For those wanting to meet for a coffee and/or drop off your Inferno versus making the drive for the early morning game, we will meet at Starbuck's, Downtown Davis at 7am. Please let us know at tomorrow night's practice so we can coordinate the car pooling for thise that want it.
-Please have your Inferno wearing her White Jersey and Red Socks for the first game....Also, please make sure they bring their Red Jersey and Black Socks in case we need it for the second game.
Directions are below.....for both games.
-Please call 775-883-0900 to switch your reservation at the Best Western Carson Station for our Carson City tournament for the nights of 4/24 and 4/25. The reservation numbers are 228991-229004. please let us know when you have switched the reservation to your name and which reservation number you have.
